I won't tell you clear, i mean specific or detail story about this training. If you have read my article about Leadership Training FPGM. This one is the sequel. In the first training, we had many material for being a leader. Starting from teamwork, communication skill, emotional intellegence knowledge, time management, etc. And this 2nd training aims to complete what we weren't get at first training.
This 2nd Leadership Training FPGM was held in PT. Radiant Utama Interinsco, Tbk. We spend two days, saturday and sunday, from 8 am until 5 pm. We evaluated our soft skill and our hard skill. We were realizing our strenght and our weakness. After that we tried to minimize our weakness by doing something that Mr. Samhari Baswedan as master trainer said. He gave us many practice to minimize our weakness. Big thanks to him who still take his time to train us. It was priceless knowledge from intellegent people like him.
I always kinda got injection spirit after doing something with FPGM mates. I really happy and feel blessed can have all of you as my family. The bright and visionary 'Jamaah' youth. We just tried to do simple positive activity as a youth to develop our country.
Anyway, i tried MBTI test. And the result, i am the type of ESFP. Extrovert, Sensing, Feeling, and Perceiving. How about you?
