23rd Birthday of Mine

23 years old? Aaaak... honestly I'm not ready to realize that I am as old as now. 23 is not a little number as an age. I instrospect myself day by day, especially in my birthday. Ya, as I wrote in my last year post about 22nd birthday, I am too old to expect many sweet things in my birthday.

This year, I've been celebrated by my office mates one day before my birthday. In the office, there are monthly birthday celebration. All of piping engineer who has birthday in June for example, they will be celebrated in the end of June. Since, in June 27th, there are workshop (seems like project seminar or big meeting), so we were celebrated in June 26th. Ya because June 26th isn't my birthday yet, so I felt just being celebrated formally hahaha

In June 27th, some of my close office mates greeted me and got me birthday wishes. I just being blessed having nice office mates like them. Beside the office mates, some of my fellas from RTC UI FM, Young On Top, Sinematografi UI, metalurgi 2008 and other friend also got me birthday wishes through social media or mesengger such as LINE or WhatsApp.

But personally, I want to celebrated my birthday just by myself, in the middle of nowhere, instrospect what I've done and what should I do to face the real world as a wise person. My wish of the year is living in another country just by myself, being more independent, got a job or scholarship, see the world in different perspective, feel new atmosphere, new colour, new culture. Ya, I wish it will be come true.

Happy New Year 2014

Malam tahun baru pastinya orang-orang pada sibuk nyari acara kumpul-kumpul. Mau itu sama keluarganya, temennya, pacarnya, pokoknya harus ada acara aja. Harus kumpul. Trus main bakar-bakaran atau main kembang api, trus dimasukin Path deh biar nge-hitz.

Gue pribadi menutup tahun 2013 ini dengan menyenangkan pastinya. Karena gue sangat autis saat itu. Ya autis. Hanya kita bertiga. Eh berempat deh. Gue, tripod, kamera, dan firework. Hahahaha Malam tahun baru kemaren, gue dan beberapa anak Young On Top pada ke rumah Sasha untuk ngerayain acara tahun baruan. Tempatnya sih agak jauh. Eh lumayan jauh, apa super jauh ya? Pokoknya jauh deh. Di kelapa gading ujung lagi. Tapi makanannya enak banget. Ada sate kambing yang gak sekeras kambing biasanya. Empuk banget. Ada sate ayam. Ada cumi yang segede-gede alaihim sama ada juga ikan apalah namanya yang gue gak tau. Yang jelas makanannya enak-enak.

Ketika sudah mendekati jam 12 malem dan mata gue sudah mulai ngantuk. Temen-temen gue yang lainnya masih pada bersemangat untuk cerita horror. Sedangkan gue? Nyawa gue udah setengah-setengah. Padahal itu mau tahun baruan loh. Melihat beberapa keluarga sasha yang udah main petasan dan di luar juga udah ada petasan padahal belom jam 12 malem. Ya gue langsung memasang peralatan tempur yaitu kamera dan tripodnya.

Ketika lagi pada seru cerita horror

Gue sebegitu autisnya ketika ngeliat kembang api. Langsung gue keker dan jepret-jepretin. Beberapa anak-anak yang minta difotoin pas lagi pada megang kembang api, tapi gue tetep autis di belakang viewfinder kamera. Karena emang target gue tahun baruan ini harus dapet banyak fireworks yang bagus. Alhamdulillah rumahnya Sasha memfasilitasi banyak fireworks. Jadinya gue bisa ngejepret-jepret banyak deh. Walaupun sebenernya bentuk fireworksnya gak ada yang outstanding macem di website-website luar negeri dan pada jauh-jauh semua lokasinya, ya walhasil gue dapet beberapa foto yang yaaaa lumayan lah ya daripada lumanyun (jokes yang udah basi).

And here we go. I got some fireworks pictures that I print out as a postcard and send it to friends. Actually my office mates and YOT Alumni. I hope i can print out the postcard regularly once a month by my photograph as a cover. So I can share what I love and what I did to my colleague.
